At Astra Lab, we understand that timely delivery is critical for your research and regimen. We are committed to processing orders swiftly and ensuring your peptides, GLPs,
and cosmetic products arrive safely and securely.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification
when your order has shipped.

Note: Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but we prioritize swift processing to maintain optimal integrity.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. For international research institution inquiries, please contact our support team directly
for custom logistics arrangements.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We partner with major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to provide reliable delivery. Estimated transit times differ from processing times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for domestic orders over $200
  • Flat Rate: Standard shipping starts at $9.99 for orders under $200

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Astra Lab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs clearance processes.
If your order is significantly delayed (more than 5 days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small window to cancel or change your order or shipping address.
